Did you see the same error in the shapes if you use the default cutting wizard offsets of 10mm? You said the error got worse as the offset increased and I wasn't sure if you had tried with a really small offset.

I converted a dxf file from Profili using DevConv from the link I posted above. However when I import the converted file into Jedicut I get this. Is this going to be a problem when I go to cut? Now that the heat control is finished are you going work on the cutting wizard? Luke's problem about trying to cut two different shapes square at one side and a circle at the other side and then Jedicut cutting a shape that is neither a square nor a circle.

I found a free program that will convert the dxf files that Profili outputs into a dxf format that Jedicut will read.
