Re: ENABLE - Lo

:SThe machine opportunities are about 5-6 turns/s (CLK = 1500 Hz) so I hope work "Fast" about 4-5 turns/s and "Slow" 2 turns/s (1 turn = 1 mm). X( I'm having an idea: I can take signal CLK, for example 1,5 kHz, from rectangular wave generator and DIR, ENABLE from Jedicut. What Yo...

Re: ENABLE - Lo

Hi, Jerome! Test results with modyfied (inverted ENABLE) CNCNET98: "Speed": from 1 to 40.000 -> Motor: about 1 turn/s (lost single steps) "Speed": from 50.000 to 1.100.000 -> Motor: about 1 turn/s no reaction on "Speed" "Speed": 1.200.000 -> about 0,5 turn/s &...

Re: ENABLE - Lo

Hi, Jerome! I was on holiday without Internet. Currently my machine is ready to work. I succesfully tested it with Foamworks but I hope that I'll can work with Your program. Machine works too slowly with CncNet98.dll or VisualCNC.dll. With MaxCom_XP.dll (ENABLE inverted) I can control the rotational...

Re: ENABLE - Lo

Hi Today I test driver-stepper whith simple multivibrator. Settings: ENABLE -> GND DIR -> GND CLK -> multivibrator output Motor (1,8 deg/step) goes to about 1500 Hz with 1/1 stepping and 6kHz with 1/4 stepping. I can set 1/1, 1/2, 1/4 and 1/8 stepping. Reconnecting DIR between GND and 5V changes the...

Re: ENABLE - Lo

> With MaxCom_XP.dll(?!) I can control the rotational speed ("Speed">80000) but motor not react on signal DIR. > Manualy conecting line DIR to 0V or 5V changes direction. After inserting capacitor 0,1 µF on input DIR of motor driver I can control direction (MaxCom_XP). I think you know wh...

Re: ENABLE - Lo

Hi! Once more - configuration: Windows 98 SE Board (without timer) input signals (TTL): ENABLE - active Low CLK (min 1 µs) DIR Using CncNet98.dll or VisualCNC.dll rotational speed is constant and low (about 2,5 turns/10sec) independent on "Speed". I can control direction of rotation. MaxC...
