Hello all! I´m Alfredo from Brasil. I just finished a arduino uno board with a CNC shield v3. I´ve followed all instructions given by TJMarch on post 207. The motors were tested and all four are working outside jedicut. I did the jedicut configuration using the same parameters as TJmarch on the same...

Hi again. Sorry to bother all because a stupid thing. The prblem was solved adjusting different skin thickness to the sides. This way, the thinner side has to have a 2,5 mm skin thickness while in the other side the skin thickness was just 1,5 mm. Sorry, by the trouble. I think the topic can be clos...

Hi all.. Since I´m not anglophonic my last post maybe a little bit confused. But, the thing is: The machine is with left and right sides moving with very good precision, so I think that is a soft bug. If I use a manual movement of X or Y (say 10mm) or both the movement corresponds to the asked dist...

Hi,all. Good morning. Today I decide to use jedicut to cut new wing profile based on mark drela design. I´m using the AG-04 at wing root and AG-09 at the wing tip. My machine has 850 mm length and 400mm depth. I did several calibration runs and found no measurable error no matter the axix used (x o...

Hi ronys, thnks for your fast answer but some doubts still remaining. When you say add another point (0,5 height) the other dimension (length) should have what value? My doubt is because since I have a rectangule what face should I pick? any of four? the rightmost one? What is the meanining of point...

Hi ronys, good morning. I'm attaching the jdc file that I'm using here. is just a square in one axis and a circle at the other. The idea is to cut a square at the front blended to a circle at the end. This is going to be part of my DLG fuse. Just give a look at the Cut Preview and see what this simp...

Hello Manfred, I am using a stainlesssteel screw with a pitch of 1.25 mm per turn. My motor has 48 steps for turn. I just divided 1.25/48 and got mm/step =0.026041667.Is it wrong? II dont think so, because if I tell motors to jog in any directions it move's with high precision. On the other side, it...

Hi Manfred, success at least! Finally I found that I have to use 2mm of skin thickness. I already cut 2 center panels. I am trying to build the terminatos hlg. Look's like that after your help I will succeed in this build. I am 56 years old and this is my first adventure in model planes. Thank you f...

HI Manfred I finish cutting the rectangle just now. I change dimensions to 30 mm by 9 mm and the results are: The outside of the cut measures 30,59 by 8.99 mm. The inner part measures 27.1 by 6.54 mm. Since what I need is the inner part of the cut I think that I´ll have to change some parameter to ...
