Hi Manfred, I will try to cut the rectangle tomorrow. Today I did another wing cut using the same profile. I asked for a cord of 204,5 mm and got a wing with 180mm of chord. Another observation is that the hot wire follows the path as predicted. At the end of the cut it accelerates so I can tel the ...

Hi all, Finally I got new motors and most of the problems disappeared. Just one that I'm not finding a way to solve. When I started cutting wing (around 30 days ago!) I was changing the amount of heat in each cut. The result was that each wing had a size, even if I did one cut following the other. N...

I'm waiting for new motors and then I'll post a report on all troubles that I got into. Any way, just one aspect is unanswered: Does jedicut uses the external ...

Hi Manfred and Jerome. Today is a sunny sunday here in Curitiba (south part of Brazil) and I decide to find out what was the origen of all that trouble. First I did 10 cyclos (using manual control) for every axis . The y and x axis went forth and back with an error varying from one motor to the othe...

Hi Jerome, yes, if I decrease the value for fast steps I got an error. Mostly in the vertical movement. If I keep the values in the range of 14500000 I dont get much error but I need around 20 minutes to cut 170 mm. To be truthful I dont know if this speed is normal or not.. Regards Alfredo P.S. I´...
