Hallo Rony,
you can take for a section, the complet frame from begin and end .
In the cutting-wizart you give under "scale" the lenght from section,
under "sweepback" you can give the offset.
Show the .jdc in the attach.

Alfredo,
the caculation is correct.
When the heating is to much, or the cut-speed is to slow, the geometrie is wrong.
This error is greater, when you cut thin airfoils.
You must test, which is the best parameter.

Alfredo, i think, your parameter in config maschine "step to mm" is not correct. You have to calculate (pitch/steps) , pitch from the threaded you have for the axis, steps for the motor you used. You have to look, which parameter the steps for Motor is configured, (half-step. and so on) Th...

Alfredo, when you work with the timer, you must JEDICUT tell, what frequency the timer has. Then you become another parameter for the cutspeed. There is a brake named "WINDOWS", close in WINDOWS all programms, do you not need(virenscanner and so on). You must show, that you take the right ...

Hi, Alfredo, when the mechanik not jamed, and the stepper is powerful, you have no error in the geometrie. The regulation from the hotwire is best with PWM, but you have any several attempts to do, that the cut is o.k. You must test with any wirethiknes, power(current, voltage) and so on. I have al so ...
