I have recreated the USB-adapter as well.
But had problems with it.
Maybe the problem is with my reconstruction.

I'd like to get a look at the source code for the USB-CNC pic.
I'd like to see if it's possible to move the heater control and timing functions onto the Xavier board and simply break out the enable,step,direction to allow using separate driver boards.
I have a board design I've been working on that does all that but it still has the MM2001 pic to handle the timer and heat functions.
