Hi Jerome
I set cut speed but I don't know for what point of wire it is calculated: X1, Root, Tip, X2 or another.
It is important when root and tip chord are significantly different.
Can you explain the problem?
Re: Cut speed
2Hello,
Speed don't depend on root or tip. Speed is set for each motor, and for each step doing by a motor, Jedicut do a break, according to the value you set up in Jedicut.
Sorry for the late answer

Re: Cut speed
3Hi Jerome
My question was half-baked.
I want to make sure, your algorithm uses max cut speed on the side where is more steps to do.
Eg. Jedicut sends sequentialy 10 steps on X1 side and 1 step on X2 side - max speed on X1 side and 10% on X2 side.
In addition I have a little problem with Cut wizzard.
A little triangles are added at the corners. Sometimes it disfigures the shape.
Do you have any remedy for this?

Re: Cut speed
4Hello,
Jedicut always use cut speed for cutting. The cut speed is the upper speed using by each steppers when you cut.
For the cut wizard, it should be a miscalculation. Do you try to move foam to the extrem left of the table, near motors (or to the extrem right) ?

Yes, this is the best thing I can do. But it is bit too little.

Re: Cut speed
6Can you attach your profile and tell me the size of your table, and the wizard configuration ?
Thanks.
Thanks.
