when you work with the timer, you must JEDICUT tell, what frequency the timer has.
Then you become another parameter for the cutspeed.
There is a brake named "WINDOWS", close in WINDOWS all programms, do you not need(virenscanner and so on).
You must show, that you take the right hardware-plugin.

I think all my problems are originated by the motors. I got them from an old matrix printer and did a test without mechanical parts attached. I did another test yesterday: I lose all mechanical connections so the motors could run free. The behavior was astonishing. It runs fast and no skipping steps. So it's proved! The motors can not handle the mechanical table.
The new motors should arrive next week, and I 'll test again.

It's just a detail but the frequency you can set up in Jedicut is not used by motors. But if you used external timer you have to check a checkbox called "Synchronize with external driver...".

With external timer you have to modify speed value that are very different.
