CUT Problem

Good morning

I have a problem
With my CNC I cut the figure in Annex A.
I imported the profile in jedicut (see Annex B)
On jedicut I see the right profile (see attachments C)

When cutting the foam, the geometry does not match with the program. (See clouds on Annex A)
I state that the axes of the CNC move well, I've tested them with manual control interface of jedicut.

Could you give me some advice?
Thanks
Gabriele

When you move manual the axis x or y with a value 250mm ,
the axis must drive 250mm.

You can test it and maesure the distance.
Is the distance not correct, you must change in Jedicut the value for "nb mm/pas".

You can make a simple projekt with one rectangle as airfoil and symetric for the wing.

The axes move properly

I made a rectangle 30x10mm (setting=>symmetrical profile). The CNC cut well.
Then I made a rectangle 30x10mm (setting=>not symmetrical profile). The CNC cut well.

The last test => I add key-points on angles.
The CNC cut well.

I have no more ideas!:(

Another problem:
The CNC cut a rectangle 29x9mm. I suppose for wire radiation.
It isn't a great problem, but how I can solve it?

I gone in options/heating and on material parameters I change from 1mm to 4mm in "R1" and "R2"(4mm are many but only for test)
I cut the rectangle 30x10mm but the CNC cut 29x9mm. I thought that with 4mm on "R1" and "R2" the cut will be 32x12mm.(29x9 + 3mm)

How I can solve the problem?
Thanks

for the heating you must search in the forum, there are threads for the heating-control.

I use only manual heating.

I think that You do some mistake in "Cutting Wizard" (Taglio wizard).

Allways check "Cutting Wizard" before cutting!
Wire radiation you can account in "Skin property". In your example 0,5 mm (30-29/2).

Hello

I don't know if heating control works very well. I don't have CNC to test.

Like ZbigPlL, I think you don't use cutting wizard. And like Manfred, I advise you to use manual heating first (tu)
