Congratulation for your Software!!

I have built a CNC-Foamcutter with MM2001- Board + Xavtronic-USB.

It works great, but only with Heating "manuell".
I have config the MM2001 and Jedicut at 4kHz.

When i set the heating to PC, the Steppers goes verry slow, after a Time Jedicut hang's.

Is this a Timingproblem with the USB?

Du kannst deine Karte MM2001 um 4kHz konfiguriert (mit die Tasten). Vielicht das ist besser mit 10kHz, hast du schon probiert?
Hast du die richtige Firmware nehmen? Die Version ist mit Timer ( http://www.xavtronic.ch/files/firmware_MM.zip )

Gibt es ein "Antivirus" oder kannst du probiert mit ein andere Rechner? Was ist deine Rechner konfiguration?
Ich denke für eine Lösung aber wiss nicht jetzt... Sorry

Hallo Xavier,

als Rechner habe ich ein 1,2GHz. Notebook mit Win-XP Sp3.
Virenprogramm ausgeschaltet, Jedicut-Priorität = hoch.
Im USB-Adapter befindet sich die richtige Firmware.
10kHz Timer-Einstellung am MM2001-Board bringt keine Änderung.
Das Notebook hat zum Glück noch einen LPT-Port, damit läuft
Jedicut mit der Heizungssteuerung einwandfrei.
Interresant ist auch, dass die Motoren mit dem USB-Adapter wesentlich
langsamer laufen.

Probiert mal mit Jedicut-Priorität = normal. Ich habe nicht hoch Priorität machen.

MM2001 mit Timer 10KHz richtig für dem USB-Adapter ist.

hab ich schon alles probiert, leider ohne Erfolg.
