Problems using CUT mode

1
Hello everybody,
my name is Josef and I got a brand new MDLCNC board from LetMathe Modellbau

I am using Windows 7 Professional. Since my notebook has no parallel port, I bought a express card from Delock which upgrades my computer with a real parallel port.

My settings in Jedicut are as shown in the picture:

If I use the manual control to move the axes I get the following error message but afterwards the stepper motors are turning.

If I try the same with the "Cut" menu I just get the following errors and nothing else is happening.

I noticed that after the "Cut" run the adresse of the parallel port is messed up in the settings window.

I hope I presented enough details and somebody can help me with my problem.

Thank very much in advance for your help.

Josef

Hi Josef,

Please be sure it exist just one Jedicut folder, because yours pictures show a problem wich occur when the plug-in don't read the file "adresse_port_LPT.ini" to found the port parallel address. In fact the address is succefully readed just one time (when the plug-in is choosed in the list), but not later when you launch a cut or other command to the interface.

Additionnaly, please try with the lastest version of this plug-in : CnCnet_XP_Vista_7.dll. It is included with new Jedicut version in download.section

regards,
Vince
